The Temple of the Strength of Hadit combines the Paths of Thelema and Wicca (or Solar and Lunar Magick) into a Practical System of Magickal Development, and it offers periodic initiations and classes to serious Aspirants of the Great Work. Members of the Temple are not required to contribute membership dues or donations, and there are no charges for initiations or for any other services offered by the Temple. Aspirants seeking to join the Temple of the Strength of Hadit must be eighteen years of age or older and serious about the Great Work.

Richard is also the High Priest and Reverend for the Temple of Nine Wells - ATC, which is a public Wiccan Congregation currently administrated by Richard and High Priestess, Gypsy, in Salem, Massachusetts.
